Civil Litigation in the post-Wolf era has dramatically shifted emphasis to that of co-operation between the parties, hands on case management and intervention by the judges and a very active encouragement to try all appropriate forms of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) and mediation.

At Dunn & Baker we have embraced that  philosophy and believe that it is, in the majority of cases, a more effective  way of resolving disputes from the smallest to the complex. The greater use of Court appointed ‘joint experts' reduces the prospects of lengthy arguments by opposing experts and ensures that only those matters where the problems are clearly intractable go to trial.
