George Bowser heads the Company & Commercial Services department. He has over twenty years experience as a Solicitor in these areas of law and spent two years with a medium sized company in a non-legal role. He believes these two years helped give him a clear insight into the 'real requirements' and priorities of the Corporate Client.

Both George Bowser and Gordon Woodhouse have experience in dealing with the acquisition and disposal of Dental Practices, whether private or contracted to a PCT. Like any specialist areas of law, Dental Practices have their own particular requirements e.g. transferring using the 'partnership' route to minimise potential difficulties with the PCT. We can help you navigate those possible problem areas and ensure a smooth transition in a cost-effective way.
