Caroline Salvatore is a Partner at Dunn & Baker and has been involved both in family law and criminal law for some 20 years. Caroline takes some pride in the positive entries about her in the national directory of the legal profession "Chambers 2006" and "Chambers 2007" as a recommended Exeter solicitor.

She is both a member of Resolution and the Law Society Family Panel. Caroline's equal experience in the fields of both family law and criminal law, gives her a unique ability to identify and solve problems from both sides of the fence.

Tim Weatherhogg is a Chartered Legal Executive who has been with this firm since 1991.  He is therefore well known with both clients and colleagues in the Exeter area in dealing with this area of work.  Tim handles all aspects of family work including divorce and separation, domestic disputes, children matters, finances and co-habitation. 

Tim’s main specialism is working with parents regarding all aspects of their children, and has expert knowledge in dealing with parents involved with Children's Services including assisting and attending at meetings and dealing with Court issues. He also assists parents with Mental Health issues as well as parents who have difficulties concerning drug and alcohol misuse, non-accidental injuries and abusive relationships.  He has also assisted parents in the Court of Appeal.

Tim is a Resolution Accredited Specialist (Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse). He is also a member of the Law Society's Family Law Accreditation Scheme.

Fin O'Leary is a Solicitor who changed careers in her early 30's having worked first as a general nurse and then later, specialising in psychiatry.

It is sometimes reflected upon that Fin's experience in the latter field has assisted her in her work that she now does in the family team focusing on all aspects and matters associated with divorce and separation as she strives to maintain an objective but empathetic stance. Fin is a Resolution Accredited Specialist and member of the Children's Panel.

Emma Booth is an Associate Solicitor in the family department and joined Dunn & Baker in 2005. She is a member of Resolution and approaches all cases enthusiastically, but thoughtfully and relies heavily on the ethos of Resolution; using an approach to family law that is sensitive, constructive, cost-effective and most likely to result in an agreement.

Emily Angell is a recently qualified solicitor and joined QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker in March 2012. She trained with a Law Firm in Cornwall and throughout her training Emily chose to specialise in family work, as a result of which she has gained much valuable experience.   

Liz Knight is the teams Paralegal who assists primarily on children cases and attends child protection and child in need meetings as required. She frequently attends court assisting barristers.
