If you have suffered injury as a result of an accident, you may well be entitled to compensation. You may have been involved in a road traffic accident, an accident at work, or received injury due to a faulty product. Whatever the case, it is in your interest to seek advice as to whether you have a claim. If you do have a claim, compensation is paid not only for your injuries, but for other financial losses and expenses arising out of the accident, including any loss of earnings.

Our Personal Injury department is headed by Clive Bainbridge, a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel. Our aim is to maximise the amount of damages that you recover. We are happy to deal with both minor and more significant injury claims, including those involving fatal accidents.

Legal Aid has been abolished for personal injury claims. However, we can advise you as to the most appropriate form for funding for your claim, including (if appropriate) Conditional Fee Agreements (more commonly called "no win, no fee"). This firm is not tied in with any specific After the Event Insurer (AEI) and we are therefore able to advise you as to the most cost effective way of funding your individual case. We, as solicitors, will always work in your best interest and ensure that you receive the maximum amount of compensation without any unnecessary deductions.

Please note that any claim for personal injuries must normally be commenced within three years of the date of the accident. Thereafter, you will usually not be able to obtain compensation. Accordingly, please seek advice sooner, rather than later.
