We recommend that everyone should consider making a Will.

If you have made a Will, you should keep it up to date. We suggest having it professionally reviewed at least every three years.

LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY

This is a document which enables you to appoint someone to make decisions on your behalf about your personal welfare. This includes whether to give or refuse consent to medical treatment on your behalf and deciding where you live. It is known as a ‘LPA’.

We will complete the LPA for a fixed price which we will agree with you beforehand.
