The Shark Trust

Support 'The Shark Trust' and get a Will Free

The Shark Trust, based in the South West, was set up in July 1997 to promote the study, conservation and management of sharks, skates and rays in the UK and internationally. It’s a member of the European Elasmobranch Association and supports its work. The Shark Trust and other EEA member organisations seek to co-ordinate their efforts to influence and reverse the factors which are threatening the status of shark populations and fisheries, and to promote and carry out research.

Basking sharks (the second largest shark after the whale shark) are frequent visitors to the seas around Devon and Cornwall – in increasing numbers, thanks in part to the awareness that the Trust is helping to foster with both commercial fishermen and recreational sailors – and are becoming a significant asset to tourism in the South West.

So we are pleased to give what support we can – all you have to do, is make a donation to the Shark Trust of £50 or more quoting to them “Dunn & Baker Free Will” and provide us with a copy of their receipt. We will be happy to then prepare your Will free subject to the conditions below.

Conditions

The offer is on the basis that the will is in relatively standard form, and will not require taxation or trust advice. We will be happy to take your instructions and confirm whether or not the Will would be eligible prior to your making a donation if you are in doubt. Should it be ‘non-standard’ we would be happy to give a discount of £50.

For couples, we would do standard ‘mirror’ wills free for a donation of £80 or more.
