Enduring Power of Attorney - Have You Made One Yet?

HAVE YOU MADE AN ENDURING POWER OF ATTORNEY YET?

IF NOT, TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

THE LAW CHANGES ON 1^ST OCTOBER 2007 AND FROM THEN:-

• It will no longer be possible to make Enduring Powers of Attorney;
  
• They will be replaced by Lasting Powers of Attorney;
  
• The new documentation is expected to be considerably more involved;
  
• Both legal and court fees will be higher;
  
• Existing Powers of Attorney will continue to be valid;

We recommend all clients should make an Enduring Power of Attorney.
