David Randle joins Civil Litigation Department

The Partners of Dunn and Baker are pleased to announce the appointment of David Randle, who joins the firm as a Solicitor in the Civil Litigation department.

David qualified in 1994 and has an extensive Civil Litigation practise including; contractual claims, debt recovery and commercial disputes. His emphasis is on practical and cost effective solutions for businesses, whether they are large companies or individual traders.

David also has a healthy employment practise, advising companies on procedure and policy, as well as acting on their behalf in tribunal claims. David also represents employees who wish to pursue claims, in all areas of employment law.

David comments:-

"In the current economic climate it is particularly important to maintain cash flow by effective debt recovery and the early resolution of commercial disputes.  Companies should also take advice when considering redundancies as simple procedural errors can lead to substantial claims".

After Cardiff University and York Law School David settled in the South West, where he has made his home.

Outside the office he can often be found at Somerset County Cricket Club or the karate dojo where he is an instructor.
