New Staff Member - Elga Smith

Dunn and Baker are proud to announce the recent arrival of Miss Elga Smith to their Family Department. Elga is an experienced child law solicitor who is also a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority's Children Panel Accredited Scheme. Accordingly Elga has successfully undertaken highly specialist training in the area of child law which enables her to represent a children's Guardian, the child themselves and indeed their parents or their relatives in all types of proceedings such as care, adoption or contact/residence.
