Stover School Craft Fair
Dunn & Baker were pleased to be amongst the sponsors for the Macmillan Charity Christmas Fair held at Stover School, Newton Abbot on 13th November 2010 in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and the Devon Safer Communities Trust.
Calvin Lovelock, fundraising manager for Macmillan Cancer Support said ‘Macmillan embarked on a £2million programme of investment in new cancer care services in Devon this year and I am confident this event will provide a significant boost to our income and supporter base.’
Juliet Sutton, chairman of DSCT said ‘Our charity was originally set up by the probation service to set up small projects to guide, advise and protect young people, as a consequence of which our funding needs are great; I am glad we are working in partnership with Macmillan for this event.’
The fair was a great success and presented offerings from 28 stall holders with a wide range of high quality goods.
