Danielle Sellick


Danielle completed her Law degree in 2014 at Reading University and then went on to study the Legal Practice Course part-time at the University of Law in Bristol. Her chosen electives on the course were advanced real estate, banking and finance and family law.

Since 2014 Danielle has gained valuable experience working within the Commercial Property sector. Prior to joining Dunn and Baker, Danielle worked as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team of a national law firm, and was based in their Taunton office. During her time as a Paralegal, Danielle assisted other fee earners in the team with a variety of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases and landlord and tenant matters. She also dealt with land registration applications for both registered and unregistered land, as well as Company House registrations.

Danielle was also involved in the firm’s Social Housing Sector. She assisted in acting on behalf of Registered Providers in the charging of large-scale property portfolios. This included assisting in carrying out initial due diligence (reviewing titles and searches) and registering the completed charges at the Land Registry and FCA.

Danielle also assisted in general social housing conveyancing matters. This included acting for the Registered Providers in a variety of transactions including, interim and final staircasing, mortgagee in possessions, share re-sales, grant of shared ownership leases, deed of variations and licences to assign.
