Helen is an Associate and a Chartered Legal Executive and the Head of the Residential Property Department with over 10 years property experience and has been with QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker since September 2009. Helen specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and land transfer.

Helen has a very good knowledge of the local area having always lived in Cullompton, this has proved to be invaluable when dealing with local conveyancing transactions. Helen has developed a loyal client base and receives numerous referrals from the local agents and former clients.

Helen aims to deal with your conveyancing matter as expeditiously as possible whilst keeping you advised of progress and dealing with any queries you may have throughout. Helen would like to make the transaction as stress free as possible for you.

Helen hopes to provide a service which is unique to each individual client. For example the client can decide if they would prefer to be contacted by email or if they would prefer to come to the office then that is absolutely fine.
