Trainee Legal Executive

Sabrina completed her law degree in 2011 at Bournemouth University. Following the completion of her law degree she gained her experience with several law firms in the South West during which time she studied and completed her CILEx exams. Sabrina has seven years experience in litigation; with four years experience in clinical negligence and is a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives; awaiting admission as a Fellow.

Sabrina is based in the Cullompton office although she is happy to travel to meet clients where required. She works alongside Darren White in the clinical negligence team. Sabrina has a specialist interest in spinal injury claims; but has assisted with a wide variety of high value and complex medical negligence claims. Examples of the types of work she has been involved in include:

Spinal injuries – mostly failure to correctly identify cervical spine symptoms

Sabrina is a friendly and approachable member of the team and is passionate about achieving the best outcome possible for her clients. She is empathetic and understanding of the client’s needs and will work alongside them to ensure they’re kept informed at what can be a very challenging and emotional time.
