Sarah Randall

Assistant Solicitor

Sarah completed her Law Degree in 2012 at Exeter University and then went on to study the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol. Sarah studied her Legal Practice Course part-time whilst working and elected to study family law, criminal law and personal injury and clinical negligence law. Overall Sarah gained a Distinction on her Legal Practice Course.

Following her studies Sarah gained a year’s experience as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team of a national law firm based in Exeter. During her time as a Paralegal Sarah mainly assisted with property development and urban regeneration including being involved in the solar renewal energy sector where she assisted with numerous commercial solar farm projects.

Sarah was awarded a training contract with us in May 2015 and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in June 2017.   During her training contract she has spent time working in the Commercial Property and New Homes and Development Teams. Sarah is currently a member of the Civil Litigation team in our Exeter office, assisting Kathy Trist with a wide range of matters including small claims ranging to multi-track claims, property disputes such as boundary disputes, contested probate and employment matters
