Tracy Moreton

Assistant Solicitor

Tracy joined QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker in August, 2015, having relocated to Devon from London. She qualified at Birketts in 1996, and has worked in London since 2005 as a residential property lawyer, both in full-time practice and also recently as a locum solicitor in London and Essex. She is experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing for both freehold and leasehold properties of all values, and specialises in leasehold transactions, due to her experience in London, acting mainly for individuals but also some small companies/businesses.

Tracy is based at our Exeter office. She aims to make conveyancing as stress-free as possible for clients, and aims to establish good lines of communication at the outset of the transaction. She prides herself on her attention to detail, and for good relationships with clients and professionals within the transaction.

Tracy’s first degree is in English Literature, and she subsequently converted to law at Guildford College of Law. She was awarded an ESRC scholarship in 2010 to study for a PhD in Social Policy, focussing on the consequences of insecure accommodation for specific ethnic minority groups, which she is completing in her spare time, and hopes to submit at the end of summer 2016.
