Administration Assistant

Exeter office

We currently have a vacancy for a multi-skilled Administration Assistant to join the Administration department within our Exeter office. This is a part time position based at our Exeter office. This is not a legal secretarial role, it is a business administration support role.

We are seeking someone who has:

  • Good telephone, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Record keeping skills
  • Proficient IT knowledge
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident and friendly manner
  • Previous experience of working in a professional office

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining records / data inputting
  • Organising training / maintaining training records
  • Filing and scanning
  • Typing
  • Setting up user accounts and logins
  • Arranging appointments / interviews
  • Liaising with recruitment agents and candidates
