Administration Assistant

Exeter

We currently have a vacancy for an Administration Assistant to join the Admin department within our Exeter office. This is not a secretarial role it is an admin support role. We are seeking someone who:

  • Has good telephone, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has basic IT knowledge
  • Has good organisational skills
  • Has a confident and friendly manner
  • Has good word processing and audio typing skills
  • Preferably has previous experience of working in an professional office
  • Is a team player
  • Is willing to under a wide variety of admin tasks and other general duties
  • Will contribute to the smooth running of the firm
