Anthea Wilson

Assistant Solicitor

Anthea is a Private Client Solicitor based at our Newton Abbot Office. Since qualifying in 2003 she has specialised in Private Client work, working mainly in the local Torbay area, although she has been working in Plymouth since 2009.

Anthea is currently working towards the Qualified Practitioner Qualification from STEP.

Anthea enjoys meeting people and is happy to meet clients wherever it is most convenient and comfortable for them to provide their instructions. Anthea appreciates that often clients have had little or no contact with Solicitors and ensures that she is friendly and approachable in order to make the experience as stress free as possible.

Anthea has experience across all areas of Private Client work including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Trusts.

Anthea ensures that clients are dealt with in a calm and sensitive manner, and that they are presented with the information in as clear and simplified a format as possible to enable them to understand what is often complicated information at a difficult time, especially if they are dealing with the loss of a loved one.

It is important to Anthea that her clients are able to make an informed choice wherever possible on how they would wish their matter to proceed.
