Clare Handley

Chartered Legal Executive

Clare, a Chartered Legal Executive, began her career in the legal profession in 2004. She completed her Legal Executive CILEX exams in 2008 and is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

With over 14 years’ experience in the legal profession in private practice and the corporate sector, Clare carries experience of sale and purchase transactions together with new build, re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters. Clare has also worked with Developers including Persimmon Homes, Aster Communities and Devonshire Homes including schemes such as shared ownership and Help to Buy. Clare relocated to the South West near to Cullompton in 2012 and has established various contacts throughout the industry within the Taunton and Exeter area.

Prior to pursuing a career in the legal field, Clare began her working career in the travel industry working for Travel Agents and Airlines. After 10 years in this field Clare changed industry to become a recruiter working with many corporate Clients and, Applicants. With this experience Clare has been able to apply a much needed customer focussed approach to Clients which is paramount in today’s current climate.

Clare’s aim is to expedite your transaction through to completion and registration as quickly as possible, keeping you advised of the progress of the transaction to try and make your experience as stress free as possible.
