Head of General Civil Litigation Department & Solicitor

Craig is a solicitor and Head of the General Civil Litigation Department with QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker having joined the firm in 2018. He qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has both private practice and in-house experience.

Prior to joining QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker Craig was a Partner at a Legal 500 firm based in the South East and is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer, who also has a broad range of general civil litigation expertise.

Craig has a broad range of practice experience having conducted litigation at all levels of the English Judicial system and also has experience of dealing with complex cross border jurisdiction matters. Craig litigates regularly within the High Court. He has obtained freezing injunctions in the Queen’s Bench Division and fought multi-party multi-million pound disputes within the Chancery Division. As a result of this he has carved relationships with leading, eminent counsel.

Craig acts for a variety of clients ranging from large corporate bodies, local government and individuals and can therefore tailor his advice to find a solution for all clients. His focus is on a client-centric approach and in doing so provides enthusiasm and passion to ensure clients receive an efficient service and is praised for his down to earth approach and understands that every client’s case is as unique and individual as they are.
