Helen began working in the legal sector in 1997 and has over 20 years experience in residential conveyancing.  Helen qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2009 and joined QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker in 2009.

In addition to residential conveyancing, Helen is a partner and the branch manager at the Cullompton office. Helen has completed professional development courses in Management.

Helen specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and land transfer.

Having always lived in Cullompton, Helen has a very good knowledge of the local area. This has proved to be invaluable when dealing with local conveyancing transactions. Helen has developed a loyal client base and receives numerous referrals from the local agents and former clients.

Helen aims to deal with your conveyancing matter as expeditiously as possible whilst keeping you advised of progress and dealing with any queries you may have throughout. Helen would like to make the transaction as stress free as possible for you.

Helen hopes to provide a service which is unique to each individual client. For example the client can decide if they would prefer to be contacted by email or if they would prefer to come to the office then that is absolutely fine.

Helen has a friendly and professional approach meaning that the transaction is smooth. Helen ensures clients feel welcome to get in touch with any queries they may have and provides clear, jargon-free answers and a supportive service to make sure moving house is as pleasant and stress-free an experience as possible.
