Property Executive

Louise joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors as a Property Executive at the beginning of 2019 and specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered land, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

Louise’s legal career began in 2002 as a Conveyancing Assistant and shortly thereafter she qualified as a Paralegal in Conveyancing, her preferred area of law. Louise developed her role in 2016 working and establishing her own caseload.

With 17 years’ experience in Conveyancing, Louise prides herself on being friendly, approachable and efficient, providing updates, advice and guidance to all parties to ensure transactions proceed as trouble free as possible. Louise understands that moving home can be the most exciting of times but can also be a stressful time and therefore she considers getting to know her clients individual requirements to be paramount to the service she provides.

As part of her professional development, Louise is set to continue her studies with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers with a view to qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.
