Partner / Licensed Conveyancer / Head of New Homes Department

Mark is a licensed conveyancer with over 30 years’ experience dealing with a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions.

Mark began his legal career in 1979 as a conveyancing clerk qualifying as a Licenced conveyancer in 2008.

Mark relocated with his family to the South West from the North of England in 2006. Before joining Quality Solicitors Dunn & Baker in August 2011 Mark was employed as a conveyancing manger working for an Exeter based Legal Practice in their land and development property team.

Mark primarily acts for builders, developers and commercial clients dealing with acquisitions, setting up development sites and other complex high value property transactions. In addition Mark and his Team act of those purchasing new homes from Builders and developer.

Mark has recently advised clients in relation to:

  • The registration and enrolment under the Government Help to Buy Scheme and the implementation of the Scheme in relation to the clients plot sales.
  • The acquisition of a site for a high value redevelopment project on the South Coast.
  • An Option for the acquisition of a residential development site in Exeter.

Mark continues to help develop the highly regarded New Homes Team through extending his range of contacts with national and local developers and land agents.

Mark’s focus is to provide clients with a professional and friendly service delivering results efficiently and on a cost effective basis.
