Property Executive

Naomi’s legal career began in 2000 with a local law firm. Over the years Naomi’s career developed to become a Property Executive. Naomi joined the busy residential property department in QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker’s  Cullompton office at the beginning of 2018 and is currently studying for the CILEx qualification.

Naomi has good knowledge of the area as she lives locally and is developing a loyal client base. Her friendly positive approach makes her popular with local estate agents who are keen to refer her work.

Naomi specialises in buying and selling houses and flats including freehold and leasehold, new build, council house purchases, Help to Buy ISAs , remortgaging, transfers of equity, transfer of title and Declaration of Trusts.

Naomi is mindful of how stressful the conveyancing process can be for prospective vendors and purchasers and aims to make the process as stress free as she is able to. She has a positive can do attitude and often goes the “extra mile” to help her clients wherever possible.

Naomi provides a service which best suits the individual client. For example the client can decide if they would prefer to be contacted by email or if they would prefer to come to the office then that is absolutely fine.  She also ensures clients feel welcome to get in touch with any queries they may have and provides clear, jargon-free answers and a supportive service to make sure moving house is as pleasant and stress-free an experience as possible.
