Property Executive

Sarah’s legal career began in 2015 when she graduated from university and joined a top 100 law firm, as a Legal Administrator. Within a short period of time Sarah was promoted to the role of a Conveyancing Assistant. Sarah then went on to develop her role dealing with all aspects involving new build property transactions. Sarah then became a Property Executive in 2017 working and developing her own caseload.

Sarah joined QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker’s New Homes Team at the Exeter office at the beginning of 2019 as a Property Executive. Sarah is working to help develop and build the Teams client base which involves promoting the Team with our existing developers/builders and new developers/builders alike. As part of her professional development Sarah is currently studying with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers with a view to qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.

Sarah specialises in acting for the purchasers of new build properties including freehold and leasehold transactions, affordable new homes, new build shared ownership, Help to Buy ISAs, Forces Help to Buy and Declaration of Trusts and has worked with many developers both local and national.

Sarah prides herself on being efficient and going the extra mile to help clients when needed. She strives to deliver a great service to all clients providing professional advice and guidance, to make the process as stress free as possible in order that all purchasers can enjoy the process of buying a new home. She will see your purchase from registration all the way through to completion and am always happy to talk through any queries, face to face,  via telephone or email and will keep you fully informed and up-to-date every step of the way.
