Sarah’s legal career began in 1989 as a Trainee Legal Executive in the residential property department of a Cambridgeshire law firm and in 1997 Sarah qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive. She joined QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker in June 2015 as Office Manager and residential conveyancer in the Newton Abbot branch.

Originally from East Anglia, Sarah relocated to Devon in 2014. She was previously an associate in a National firm and has extensive experience in all aspects of residential property matters including sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property), remortgages, transfers of equity and land transactions.

Sarah’s friendly, professional and above all efficient service to clients means their transactions progress smoothly to completion. She has often exceeded clients’ expectations by progressing matters quickly whilst keeping them in the picture at all times as she understands how important it is to a client to know what stage their transaction has reached and for them to receive updates so that they are able to make arrangements for removals and/or storage. Sarah ensures clients feel welcome to get in touch with any queries they may have and provides clear, jargon-free answers and a supportive service to make sure moving house is as pleasant and stress-free an experience as possible.
