INTRODUCTION
Berfin’s legal career began in 2021 at a law firm in London, before going on to join Dunn & Baker Solicitors in January 2024 as a full time Paralegal and commenced her Training Contract in August 2024.

TRAINING
Berfin completed her LLB Law Bachelors undergraduate degree at the University of Surrey. She then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Masters at the University of Law.

SPECIALISMS
Having initially joined the firm as a Paralegal within the Family Department, Berfin then started her Training Contract. She is now a third seat trainee solicitor currently sitting in the Family department, having successfully completed previous seats in the Personal Injury Department and Residential Property Department. Berfin handles both private and public matters in the family department including injunctions.

APPROACH
Berfin characterises herself as someone who is caring, approachable, professional and diligent. She recognises how stressful and uncomfortable any legal matter can be, so she ensures the process runs smoothly with the least stress for the client.
