INTRODUCTION
Francesca joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in June 2023, having previously worked for firms in Birmingham and London before relocating to Devon in 2015. Since moving to the South West, Francesca has worked for 2 other local firms before her appointment at Dunn & Baker Solicitors in 2023.
TRAINING
Francesca obtained her LLB Law Degree at the University of Gloucestershire in 2010 and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Bloomsbury in 2012. She undertook her Training Contract at a London firm and qualified as a Solicitor in 2015. In 2018, Francesca became a fully accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
SPECIALISMS
Francesca specialises in all areas of Private Client, including the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax advice and estate administration. Francesca has a particular interest in issues affecting blended families and older clients.
APPROACH
Francesca aims to provide reassurance to clients by taking the time to understand their circumstances and presenting information to them in a clear and understandable manner.
