INTRODUCTION
Gemma joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in April 2022 and is a Chartered Legal Executive. She has over 10 years’ experience specialising in Family Law.

TRAINING
Gemma recently undertook the final part of her studies in order to become a Chartered Legal Executive with CILEx. Having qualified in November 2023, she is now a Fellow of the Chartered Institute Legal Executives.

SPECIALISMS
Gemma works in our Cullompton office and advises clients in relation to issues arising from separation, divorce and children. Gemma specialises in divorce and financial matters upon separation including cohabitation, pre-marital agreements and all private matters involving the arrangements for children.

APPROACH
Gemma is committed to resolving family disputes in a non-confrontational and constructive manner where possible. She understands that each family situation is unique and will listen and work with her clients and their families in order to understand their individual priorities, and will adopt the most practical and cost-effective way to achieve their objectives.

Where it is not possible to resolve matters by agreement, Gemma will support and advise her clients alongside the court process.
