INTRODUCTION
Katie joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in May 2021. Katie’s legal career began in 2012 with her first legal role as an administration assistant for a national firm with an office in Devon. Quickly progressing, Katie became a Trainee Licensed Conveyancer in 2012.

TRAINING
Katie qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in April 2023.

SPECIALISMS
Katie has sound knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing and has excellent client care skills. She specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, help to buy redemptions and unregistered properties.

APPROACH
Katie ensures that clients are not afraid to ask questions about their transactions, which in turn assists in ensuring that they are informed and happy about what is happening. She ensures that any explanations are provided in a jargon free manner so as not to confuse her clients and always ensures that what is advised is understood. She believes that this relationship with her clients leads to a more stress-free experience for them. Katie’s family has lived in Devon for generations, meaning that Katie herself has vast knowledge of the local area.
