INTRODUCTION
Richard joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in April 2025 as an Associate Solicitor within the Residential Conveyancing Department. He is based at our Cullompton office.

TRAINING
Richard undertook a History degree at the University of Lancaster before completing his law exams at the University of Worcester in 1990. He also has a Masters in Environmental Law at De Montfort University where he was awarded a distinction. Richard qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 and has worked in the South West since 2001.

SPECIALISMS
Richard specialises in residential and commercial property law. His work includes residential sales, purchases and  re-mortgages, general property work, including agricultural land and easements as well as light commercial property.

Richard believes that clear, straightforward advice is essential throughout any transaction. Known for his empathetic approach, he strives to meet each client’s individual needs and is always happy to communicate in the way that makes them feel most comfortable.
