INTRODUCTION
Sandra joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in April 2022, having started in the legal profession in 1982.

TRAINING
Sandra’s legal career began with a leading Devon practice in Tiverton, where she worked her way up from office junior, to secretary, and then to Property Executive over a period of 40 years.

She has established firm relationships with estate agents, who are happy to refer work to her, and has a good knowledge of the local area. Sandra believes that the experience she has gained by working her way up the career ladder has given her invaluable knowledge of good working relationships, as well as being able to provide a complete and professional service to clients tailored to their individual needs.

SPECIALISMS
Sandra’s experience means that she has a good all-round knowledge of residential property transactions. Sandra has experience in both freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions, transfers of equity, remortgages and newbuild property matters.

APPROACH
Sandra is keen to ensure transactions run as smooth as possible and that her clients feel able to contact her with any queries they may have.
