Dunn & Baker Solicitors are pleased to announce the launch of our new mobile app, inCase, which is available for use by our Conveyancing clients!
The app allows clients to complete documents, verify their identity and send messages to their conveyancer, all via their smartphone.
THE WHO
We are able to offer the option of using our Conveyancing app to any of our clients instructing us for a residential sale or purchase. As long as you have a smartphone, your own individual email address, and are comfortable with electronic communications, then you can opt to use our app for your transaction.
THE HOW
When we set up your file, you will receive an invitation to download and setup the app via email. By following the link and setting up your login, you will gain access to documents, questionnaires and messages related to your matter. You will then be asked to complete our initial paperwork and documentation, your ID verification (if applicable), and the preliminary conveyancing documents electronically.
THE WHY
Along with the convenience of having all of your documentation easily accessible to you on-the-go, the app also shows you which tasks you have already completed and which are still outstanding. Even when completing the lengthy Law Society sale forms, it will highlight which questions are outstanding and bypass those that don’t apply to you, based on your previous answers.
As if that wasn’t reason enough, you will also be able to electronically sign and complete a number of required documents*, such as our Client Care Letter and Terms of Business. And to top it all off, everything in the app gets automatically sent through to us once it’s been completed, saving you the effort of manually returning them to us.
So why not give our new mobile app a chance for your next big move and see how much easier your transaction can be, with helpful reminders and step updates to let you know how we’re getting on?
THE ALTERNATIVES
We appreciate that our new app might not be for everyone. Don’t worry – we still offer the same email or postal service we always have if you don’t quite feel ready for the next technological step.
