Dunn & Baker Solicitors are delighted to welcome Shelley Wreyford and Susan Ellingham who have recently joined the Exeter and Cullompton offices.
Shelley joined the Property Department as a Property Executive in October 2024, supporting clients from our Cullompton Office.
After completing a Business Management degree at the University of Exeter, Shelley went on to obtain a national diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Plymouth. With over 18 years of experience in residential property, Shelley specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, new build purchases, shared ownership, unregistered land, transfers of equity and remortgages. Shelley believes that providing a friendly and approachable service is invaluable in making the experience as stress free as possible.
Sue joined the Family Department in our Exeter Office in November 2024.
Before relocating to the Southwest in 1993, Sue completed a Law LLB at De Montfort University in Leicester, and attended Chester college of law to complete her Law Society final’s before completing her training contract with a law firm in Peterborough. Prior to joining Dunn & Baker Solicitors, Sue worked for a specialised family law firm for approximately 22 years where she became a Resolution Accredited Specialist. Sue is respected for her clear, problem solving, constructive approach by clients and other professionals.
