We are currently looking to recruit a Apprentice solicitor for qualification into the Private Client Department via the SQE route. This position would suit someone already working in Private Client within a legal practice who needs to undertake the legal training segment to qualify as a solicitor.

Hours: 36.25 per week (full time)
The successful candidate will:
- Manage their own day to day caseload effectively
- Perform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s risk management procedures
- Keep up to date with changes and developments in areas of law
- Be enthusiastic about the development of the firm’s business in relation to client relationships and promoting new business ideas
- Have excellent IT and organisational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, and thrive when working under pressure.
- Possess strong communication and client face to face skills allowing you to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues across the firm
- Have successfully completed a law degree
About the role:
- You will undertake work within the Private Client department and assist with case work as required.
- Private Client matters include, but are not limited to: writing Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications for Probate, and preparation and registration of Trusts.
