INTRODUCTION
Abigail joined the firm in November 2025 as a Solicitor in our Family Department. Abigail specialises in Divorce and Finance work, as well as advising cohabitees upon relationship breakdown.

TRAINING
Abigail completed her Degree in Law (LLB Hons) at the University of Exeter. Thereafter, Abigail completed her Masters in Legal Practice (LPC LLM) in 2022, achieving a high distinction, and qualified as a Solicitor in July 2024; she has worked in Family Law since 2020.

SPECIALISMS
Abigail specialises in Divorce and Financial matters. She also advises cohabitees on the financial implications arising upon separation. Abigail also drafts pre and post-marital agreements as well as deeds of separation. She can also provide advice in respect of child arrangements.

APPROACH
Abigail recognises just how difficult it can be when an individual is faced with a family dispute/issue. She prides herself on her empathetic approach and providing the highest level of care to her clients during what is often a stressful and emotional time for them. Abigail provides her clients with information and advice in a way which is understandable and, wherever possible, will seek to resolve matters amicably.
