INTRODUCTION
Annabel joined the firm in January 2026 as a Chartered Legal Executive in our Family Department. Annabel specialises in Children and Domestic Abuse matters.
TRAINING
Annabel completed her Degree in Psychology & Sociology before undertaking the Post Graduate Diploma in Law in 2017. She began working in Family Law in 2020, then completed the CILEX Diploma in Legal Practice, where she obtained a Distinction in Family Law, and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2024.
SPECIALISMS
Annabel specialises in cases involving children where there are disputes between parents regarding children’s contact or living arrangements, or disagreements around the child’s upbringing such as their education or medical treatment. Many of her cases involve allegations of domestic abuse between the parents or harm towards the children. Annabel also deals with injunctions, obtaining Non-Molestation Orders and Occupations Orders for her clients.
APPROACH
Annabel adapts her approach according to the needs of her clients and their circumstances. A collaborative approach is preferable, and she seeks to resolve matters amicably where possible, however she recognises that court intervention is often necessary. She empathises with the challenges faced by her clients during what can be a stressful and emotional time for them and their families.
Annabel is committed to providing clients with as much care and support as possible, ensuring the legal process is explained to them fully and clearly, allowing them to make informed decisions about their future, during what is often an unsettling period of their life.
