INTRODUCTION
Jessica’s legal career started in 2013 when she joined a South West firm as a Conveyancing Assistant before joining Dunn & Baker Solicitors in April 2022. She is currently a Paralegal in the Residential Property Department.

TRAINING
Jessica has over 10 years’ experience in the legal sector, during which time she has assisted fee earners with a wide variety of property transactions from start to finish, providing her with a broad and extensive knowledge of the procedure.

SPECIALISMS
Working in the Residential Property Department, Jessica assists with both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build properties.

APPROACH
Jessica describes herself as calm and approachable to not only clients but agents, solicitors and other related third-parties as well. Knowing the importance of good communication, Jessica strives to provide all involved parties with regular updates to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
