INTRODUCTION
Kathy began her legal career in 2010 where she worked for a local firm as a Conveyancing Assistant and commenced her Training Contract in 2013. After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015, Kathy continued in Conveyancing, with a focus on Equity Release. She joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in May 2023 as a Solicitor and became the Head of the Residential Property Department in January 2024.

TRAINING
Prior to her career in law, Kathy obtained a degree in Mathematics from Exeter University in 2008. In 2009, she obtained her Graduate Diploma in Law and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course in Law in 2010, both from the University of Plymouth. Kathy qualified as a Solicitor in March 2015.

SPECIALISMS
Kathy specialises in residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and land transfers, for both freehold and leasehold properties.

APPROACH
Kathy believes that providing clear and easy-to-understand advice to clients is vital during any transaction. With an empathetic nature, Kathy always tries to accommodate any requirements her clients have and is happy to use the communication method that her clients feel most comfortable with.
