INTRODUCTION
Louise’s legal career began in 2002 as a Conveyancing Assistant, qualifying as a Paralegal in Conveyancing shortly thereafter. From 2016, Louise took on her own caseload as a Property Executive, both here at Dunn & Baker and at another practice in the city of Exeter.

TRAINING
Starting as an Assistant, Louise has worked her way up and now boasts over 20 years’ experience in Conveyancing. Louise stepped down from running her own caseload to support the Property Team in Cullompton in order to find a better work/home life balance.

SPECIALISMS
Louise specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered land, transfers of equity and re-mortgages and therefore brings a wealth of knowledge and support to the Team.

APPROACH
Louise prides herself on being friendly, approachable and efficient, providing updates, advice and guidance to all parties to ensure transactions proceed as trouble free as possible. Louise understands that moving home can be the most exciting of times but can also be a stressful time and therefore she considers getting to know her clients’ individual requirements to be paramount to the service she provides.
