INTRODUCTION
Luanne joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in January 2021 and is a Legal Assistant within the Residential Property Department. Her legal career began in September 2019 when she started with another firm of local Solicitors as a secretary for their Probate and Conveyancing Departments before moving onto Dunn & Baker Solicitors. As of April 2025, she has moved from our Exeter office to our Cullompton office.

SPECIALISMS
Working in the Residential Property Department, Luanne assists the team with both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages and remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership properties.

APPROACH
Luanne feels very strongly that client care and communication is of the utmost importance in every matter. She has had a number of years’ experience in dealing with customers in her previous work with Exeter City Council Housing Benefit Department and transferred these skills to her legal work. She considers herself to be compassionate about her role and duty to the company.
