INTRODUCTION
Peter first started in the legal sector in 1988 when he became a Trainee Legal Executive at a local law firm. Peter worked for three Exeter-based firms before joining Dunn & Baker Solicitors in May 2021. Having lived in Exeter for all but the very early years of his life, he has an extensive knowledge of the local area and has developed a good base of loyal clients, securing work by referral and recommendation.

TRAINING
After qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive, Peter became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive in 2010.

SPECIALISMS
Peter specialises in Residential Conveyancing and Property transactions and undertakes all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and land transfers for both freehold and leasehold properties. Peter is also experienced with matters involving newbuild properties and the Help to Buy scheme, as well as shared ownership leases.

Peter aims to provide a service which is professional and efficient, maintaining a friendly and considered approach to clients and their transactions. He is happy to communicate with clients in the method which best suits them and provide clear, jargon-free updates to help make their property transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
