INTRODUCTION
Rebecca joined Dunn and Baker in 2026 and is a CLC Licensed Conveyancer in the Residential Property Department. She began her legal career in 2015 as a legal secretary before becoming a paralegal and commencing training with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers in 2019.

TRAINING
Rebecca completed her CLC Property Law Diploma in April 2023 successfully qualifying as Licensed conveyancer via the Council of Licensed Conveyancing.

SPECIALISMS
Rebecca has worked in both commercial and residential property departments and found that her love for residential matters prevailed. Rebecca specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, from freehold to leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership, transfer of equity and remortgages.

Rebecca’s approach is built around making the legal process as straightforward and stress free as possible. She is known for her efficient, empathetic, and approachable nature and builds good relationships with clients throughout the matter. Rebecca takes the time to explain the process clearly and ensure clients feel supported throughout and prides herself on being available for clients to contact her at any point during the matter
