INTRODUCTION
Sarah began her legal career as a secretary in the mid 2000s and progressed through the ranks, becoming full-time lawyer in 2020.  She joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in April 2026 as a Property Executive, working predominantly in Residential Conveyancing and land transactions.

TRAINING
Sarah obtained a CILEX Paralegal qualification in 2021 and is currently working towards qualifying as a Licenced Conveyancer.

SPECIALISMS
Sarah specialises in residential sales and purchases, remortgages and land transfers, for both freehold and leasehold properties.

APPROACH
Sarah believes that communication with her clients are vital during any transaction and makes concerted effort to ensure she gets to know her clients, their needs, and provides clear and easy-to-understand advice to her clients. Sarah always tried to accommodate any requirements her clients may have and is happy to use the communication method that her clients feel most comfortable with.
