INTRODUCTION
Shelley began her legal career in Residential Conveyancing in 2006 and has worked for two Exeter based law firms prior to joining Dunn and Baker Solicitors in October 2024 as a Property Executive.

TRAINING
Prior to her career in law, Shelley obtained a degree in Business Management from Exeter University and National Diploma in Legal Practice from Plymouth University, Shelley has over 18 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing.

SPECIALISMS
Shelley specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, new build purchases, shared ownership, unregistered land, transfers of equity and remortgages.
