The Dunn & Baker Solicitors Residential Conveyancing App, not only makes it easier to communicate with your conveyancer throughout the transaction, but it can also speed up the progress of transactions and eliminate delays from waiting for documents to be sent and returned. Key features of the app:

• Push Notifications – The App will alert you to any new documents or messages that we need you to answer or deal with.
• Secure Messages – Easily communicate with your conveyancer via the in app messenger.
• To Do List – Stay organised at all times by utilising our ‘To Do’ list
• Forms and Documents – You can complete forms and documents we send you through the app which will automatically be accessible to your conveyancer. *Please note that there may be some documents that will still need a physical signature these can still be sent to via the App for you to print or we can send them to you in the post.
• Digital Signature – Sign off documents with our digital signature system
• Scan and upload documents – through your phone, tablet
• Multiple Cases – Access multiple files if you have multiple cases
• End of transaction – Everything we send you in the App is available to you even when you have completed your transaction with us.
